Loveland, Colorado
A Loveland-based remodeling company focused on bathrooms, kitchens, and a better homeowner experience. We began as NOCO Repair and grew from small projects into larger renovations as the team, capabilities, and type of work evolved. The new name reflects what the company has become—same local team, same standards, a clearer focus on remodeling and design.
Our Story
NOCO’s roots are practical. Derek Nykamp grew up learning hands-on skills around a 100-year-old farmhouse and later used that background across a variety of trades. NOCO Repair began with smaller projects. As the work grew, the company added team members, expanded its capabilities, and increasingly took on full bathroom, kitchen, and remodeling projects.
Eventually, the old name stopped describing the company accurately. NOCO Remodeling & Design is the next stage of the same business—not a replacement for it.

What We Focus On Today
Our primary focus: full bathroom remodeling, shower remodeling, tub-to-shower conversions, aging-in-place bathrooms, and layout changes.
Full-service kitchen remodeling across a wide range of scopes and budgets, with an emphasis on cabinetry, storage, finishes, and layout improvements.
Design assistance is built into the process. Use the NOCO Design Center to compare products and make coordinated decisions before construction.
What Homeowners Deserve
Remodeling should not require homeowners to tolerate poor communication, unclear expectations, or a high-pressure sales process. Our operating values are simple and consistent.
Honesty
Transparency
Fast Communication
Clean Jobsites
Reliable Workmanship
Respect for the Home
One of the biggest sources of remodeling stress is fragmentation—coordinating a designer, suppliers, contractors, installers, and specialty trades. NOCO’s approach is different: design, product selection, and construction are coordinated through one team and one project process.
Where We Work
NOCO is based in Loveland and serves remodeling clients throughout Northern Colorado. Loveland remains the hometown base, while Fort Collins is a major adjacent market.

The Reputation We're Building On
Not the cheapest remodeler. Not the fastest promise. Not a national franchise selling the same solution to every homeowner. Our goal is to be the honest, full-service Northern Colorado remodeler homeowners trust for a well-planned bathroom or kitchen project—without sales games.
A name can change. The standards behind it should not. Start with the problems you want to solve—we’ll help you plan a bathroom or kitchen project you understand every step of the way.
